BlockBox Settings on The Combine
If you are involved in the troubleshooting of an appliance, you may find it useful to check what settings were used to configure the appliance. As such, we've added a view of the BlockBox settings on The Combine portal. To do so, first select the customer from the top navigation bar, then navigate to BlockBox Settings under Site Management.
BlockBox Settings Output
Everything is simple to follow and reflects the settings on the BlockBox associated with the selected site on The Combine. If a value is not set, it will be displayed as 'Not Set' , 'Disabled', or 'N/A' appropriately. If a value is set, it will be displayed in a format that makes sense.
