How to test 443 connectivity to the Combine

Open PowerShell on the host machine. 

Type  tnc combine.block64.com -port 443

Press Enter

If there is a successful connection to Combine, it will return True on TcpTestSucceseded: True

If there is anything blocking the outbound connection, it will return WARNING and TcpTestSucceeded: False

 

If this test fails to reach Combine, it indicates that there is something blocking your connection to Combine.

 

Please investigate potential blockers for outbound 443 on the host machine.
