Multi-factor Authentication on the Combine
Being a SOC2 Type II certified organization, Block 64 is consistently on top of data security and privacy. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a secure platform, Block 64 has introduced enforceable multi-factor authentication to the Combine, our web-based analytics portal. MFA can be enabled at the partner or user level ensuring that individuals are accessing data securely.
How to enable MFA on the Combine
To enable MFA at the partner level (apply to all employees of the partner): Please contact Block 64 for assistance.
To enable MFA for an individual user: Navigate to the user section of the Combine and search for the user’s account. Click on the orange action button on the right side of the screen.
You will then be able to Enable (or reset) MFA for that user.
How to set MFA up as a user
After MFA has been enabled for a user, the next time they log in (not using Microsoft SSO) they will be greeted by the following screen:
By following the instructions on the screen, you can configure MFA for your account. Block 64 currently recommends using either Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
After MFA has been configured, all subsequent logins will prompt the user to enter the code displayed on their authenticator app to complete the login.
