This guide outlines the process for completing a Copilot Readiness Report, from sign-up to report delivery.
1. Receive Sign-Up Link
Your Microsoft representative will send you a unique sign-up link to start your Copilot Readiness Report. Follow the link to access the sign-up form.
2. Complete the Sign-Up Form
Complete the form with your details. This form initiates the report process and prompts the next steps for accessing the Combine Cloud Portal.
3. Register for the Combine Cloud Portal
After submitting the sign-up form, you’ll receive an email invitation to register for the Combine Cloud Portal. Check your inbox for this email and follow the instructions to create your account. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see the email promptly.
4. Log In & Enter Authorization Credentials
Once you’ve registered:
- Log in to the Combine Cloud Portal.
- You’ll see an option to enter your M365 Global Admin credentials. This initial authorization allows us to gather data from Microsoft 365 and/or Azure cloud environments.
- To collect additional data from OneDrive and SharePoint, a second M365 authorization is required within the portal.
- Optionally, you can also authorize data collection for PSTN/Teams Phone if applicable.
Note: Ensure the credentials you use have the required permissions for data access and authorization.
5. Receive the Copilot Readiness Report
After authorization:
- The Combine Cloud Portal will validate your permissions.
- Once validated, your report will be generated and sent automatically to your email.
A Microsoft representative will follow up with a delivery call to review the findings in your report.
Important Reminders
To avoid any issues with report delivery:
- Email Filters: Ensure your email filters allow messages from our service. Check spam/junk folders if the report is delayed.
- If your report does not arrive as expected, please reach out to your Microsoft representative for further assistance.

The report offers actionable insights into security standards, evaluating your Microsoft 365 and Azure Secure Scores and aligning recommendations with regulatory requirements such as CIS, PCI DSS, SOC, and ISO. Additionally, Collaboration and Productivity Tool Adoption across SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams is assessed to ensure optimal Copilot integration.
Licensing Readiness and PSTN/Teams Phone Data
An overview of current licensing will be included, highlighting eligible users for Copilot and necessary steps for readiness. If PSTN/Teams Phone data collection is authorized, these insights will also be evaluated and reflected in the collaboration recommendations.
ROI Potential
Where available, the report includes Return on Investment (ROI) projections, detailing potential efficiency and cost savings from Copilot adoption.
Receiving and Reviewing Your Report
The report will be sent to you automatically upon completion, followed by a review call with a Microsoft representative to discuss findings and next steps.
